Title: Parts Counter Clerk - Retail & Repair Shop

Terms of Employment:  Full Time hours. Must be available Saturdays.
Wage: $11.00 - $15.00  To be negotiated, based on experience.
 
Approximate Start Date:   February 1, 2010 (flexible)  
Basic Requirements: Completion of high school, driver’s license required.
 
Skill Requirements: Motorcycle/Snowmobile operation & parts knowledge required, experience working in the industry an asset.
 
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Internet/Email.  Excel, Quickbooks experience an asset
 
Specific Skills:   Parts counter duties.  Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries. Look up and order parts accurately and provide optimal customer service to clients.  Assist in day to day operations of motorcycle shop in addition to general office duties, cleaning duties and running errands.
 
Essential Skills:  Problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, significant use of memory, finding information.  MUST be able to work independently and get a lot done in a fast-paced environment.
